Every lead goes through email validation, phone verification (with a one-time SMS code), project-intent screening (budget, timeline, and scope are required), and bot detection. We reject around 12% of submissions before they ever reach you.
They can’t — the contact link is single-use and expires. We don’t share the homeowner’s details on a public profile or in search results. Once you reveal, they’re yours to call.
Hold whatever license your trade and state require — and we recommend carrying insurance. We don’t verify insurance ourselves, but homeowners typically ask for it on the first call.
